December 5th is annually observed as Volunteer Day in Russia. Rosneft’s subsidiaries hold gatherings and meetings where the company’s volunteers review the year's results for the corporate volunteer movement, discuss future development plans, and recognize the most active participants.
More than 150 volunteers participated in the annual volunteer gathering at Bashneft. Volunteers reported on the implementation of the Platform for Good Deeds programme in 2025, shared experiences and discussed ways to motivate employees to participate in initiatives. Similar year-end reviews of volunteer projects and awards ceremonies for outstanding volunteers took place at Novokuibyshevsk Petrochemical Company, RN-Purneftegaz, Kharampurneftegaz, RN-North-West and other enterprises.
Corporate volunteering plays an important role in addressing socially significant challenges in Rosneft's operating regions and spans various areas: humanitarian, social, sports and environmental activities.
