Kuibyshev Refinery is one of the leading oil refineries in the Volga region, part of the Samara Group of companies of Rosneft.

The plant processes oil produced by the Company in West Siberia and Samara region. The plant specializes in the production of a wide range of petroleum products demanded on the market, including high–quality motor fuels - gasoline, winter and summer diesel fuel of the highest environmental standard Euro-5. There are more than 20 types of products in total.

The leading position of the Kuibyshev Refinery in the oil industry is confirmed by the company's victories in various prestigious competitions. Every year Kuibyshev Refinery products are awarded with a diploma of the All-Russian competition "100 best goods of Russia".

The plant's environmental protection projects were awarded with diplomas of the All-Russian competition "Leader of Russian Environmental Activities". The plant staff is a permanent diploma winner and winner of the All–Russian competition "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency".

The plant itself was recognized as the Samara Government Asset following the results of the regional competition of the same name in the nomination "Industry".
