Company Information
RN-Komsomolsk Refinery is located in Komsomolsk-on-Amur (Khabarovsk Territory) and is a part of Rosneft vertically integrated structure. Refinery construction was started in 1938 and in 1942 it was commissioned.
The plant processes raw materials coming from the East Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO) main oil pipeline.
The Komsomolsk Oil Refinery's product range includes more than 20 items, including automotive gasoline and diesel fuel of environmental class K5, marine fuels, including low–sulfur RMLS-40 grade, which meets IMO 2020 requirements.
Komsomolsk Refinery is one of the main oil products suppliers to the Far Eastern market.
