Rosneft follows the fundamental principles of business responsibility of the UN Global Compact in the areas of human rights, labor relations, environmental protection and anti-corruption.
In 2021, Rosneft became the only Russian oil and gas company announced as Global Compact LEAD in the area of sustainable development due to ongoing commitment to the United Nations Global Compact and its Ten Principles for responsible business.
