The Company personnel reserve program includes systematic work to identify the best, most promising employees, their training and promotion to key management positions. For the Company, the personnel reserve program is a guarantee of personnel security and business efficiency growth; for employees it is, first and foremost, the opportunity for the development and career.

The Company personnel reserve program implies the formation of a reserve for the positions of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd management levels.

The personnel reserve of level 1 of the Company's management is approved at the level of the Rosneft Central Administration. The reservists of the Company Management Level 1 can be considered candidates for the target positions in several Rosneft Group Companies, while the Company provides opportunities for self-actualization of reservists by rotation, priority assignment to target positions and participation in the Company’s key projects.
