Rosneft and the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education have signed a cooperation agreement on personnel training at the XXIX St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

This document has been signed by Igor Sechin, Rosneft Chief Executive Officer, and Valery Falkov, Russian Minister of Science and Higher Education.

This agreement provides for joint development of training programs for specialists in Oriental studies. An important area of focus will be internships for students majoring in these fields at Rosneft and facilitating their education abroad.

The agreement is aimed at delivering the Russian Research and Technology Development Strategy and will facilitate the training programs for highly qualified personnel.
