Rosneft has launched a food delivery service at its flagship filling station in St. Petersburg. Residents and visitors to the northern capital can now enjoy the dishes of the Zerno café.
This is the first project of its kind in Russia, aiming to create a comprehensive service platform based on filling stations. Customers are welcome to place orders from the Zerno café at any time using the Yandex Go app. As part of a pilot project, deliveries are available within a 10-kilometre radius of the flagship filling station, which is located next to the Lakhta Centre. The service is available to people living in the Kalininsky, Primorsky and parts of the Vyborgsky and Petrogradsky neighbourhoods.
The Company has plans to extend this service to other cities where its sales network is present.
The menu features over 30 dishes, ranging from light snacks to full-fledged restaurant-quality hot meals. A selection of breakfasts, salads, soups and main courses is offered to customers.
The Zerno Café has a modern, fully equipped kitchen and refrigeration units, enabling it to serve guests quickly and efficiently.
One of the Company’s retail business priorities is to expand the range of services offered at its filling stations. Rosneft is systematically introducing modern digital technologies at its filling stations to improve customer service for people on the move.
For reference:
Rosneft’s retail network is the largest in Russia in terms of geographical coverage and number of filling stations. The Rosneft filling station brand is a market leader in Russia, renowned for its high brand recognition, fuel quality and extensive range of non-fuel products. The Company operates approximately 3,000 filling stations.
