Twenty-eight Rosneft subsidiaries won the first competition for the leader of the oil, gas and chemical industry in the system of social partnership. These strong results were achieved through the consistent implementation of a series of measures aimed at supporting employees, their families, and industry veterans.

The competition for the leader of the oil, gas and chemical industry in the system of social partnership was organised as a follow-up to the initiative of the President of the Russian Federation to establish an award for the most responsible domestic companies.
The competition is organised by the Russian Trade Union of Oil, Gas and Construction Workers, the Russian Industrial Association of Oil and Gas Industry Employers and the Russian Ministry of Energy.
Its aim is to contribute to solving social issues within organisations and to identify enterprises that pursue a socially responsible policy and pay special attention to their employees. The Commission awarded the title of Leader to a total of 81 Russian companies based on the results of the first competition.
