Born in 1971.
Graduated from Norilsk Industrial Institute in 1993 and from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2009.
Deputy Finance Minister of the Russian Federation from 2008 until 2012.
Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation from 2012 to date.
Alexander Novak is a member of management divisions of several profit organizations, which are listed in “Information disclosure” section.
He was elected to the Rosneft Board of Directors by decision of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on 17 June 2015.
Alexander Novak doesn’t possess shares of Rosneft.
