Sergey Makarov

Rosneft Vice-President

Born in Moscow in 1963. In 1986, graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute. In 1998, received an MSc in Finance from City University Business School, London.

From 1998 to late 2002, Mr Makarov held different positions at several British financial and trade organizations.

From 2003 to 2005 — OJSC Oboronprom, Head of Finance Department; CJSC Oboronpromlizing, Chairman of the Board.

From 2005 to 2006 — Vneshtorgbank, Managing Director.

Since 2006 — Rosneft Oil Company, Vice-President, responsible for finance functions.
