The Company’s Candidate Pool program involves consistent work to identify the most capable and promising employees, provide adequate training to them and subsequently promote them to key executive positions. The program ensures labor security and efficiency growth for Rosneft, and professional development and career opportunities for the Company employees.
The Company’s Candidate Pool includes candidates for executive positions of the 1st, the 2nd, and the 3rd level.
Candidates for the 1st level executive positions are middle managers trained to occupy top management positions (vice presidents, heads of departments at the Company headquarters, general directors, deputy general directors at subsidiaries, etc.).
Candidates for the 2nd level executive positions are junior managers trained to occupy middle management positions (heads of oil and gas production divisions, workshops and departments, and their deputies).
Candidates for the 3rd level executive positions are specialists (including young specialists) trained to occupy junior management positions.
