Larisa Kalanda

Rosneft Vice-President

Born in 1964. Larisa Kalanda is a Law graduate of Sverdlovsk Law Institute (1985) and also has postgraduate qualifications in Law from Philosophy and Law Institute of the Belarusian Academy of Sciences (1994).

From 1997 — Deputy Head of Legal Service, OJSC TNK, OJSC TNK-BP Management.

From September 2003 to 2006 — Vice-President for Legal Support, OJSC TNK-BP Management.

From 2006 — Vice-President for Legal Support, Rosneft Oil Company. Ms Kalanda is responsible for development and implementation of legal policies to safeguard the assets and protect the rights and interests of Rosneft, its shareholders, subsidiaries, and affiliates.
