Dmitry Shugayev

Shugayev was born in 1965. He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR in 1987. Shugayev has a PhD in economics.

1997-2001 – Executive Director, CJSC Yuridichesky Profil.
2001-2008 – Held various positions at Rosoboronexport.
2008-2009 – Head of Administration of the CEO of the Russian Technologies State Corporation.

Since 2009 Shugayev has been deputy CEO of the Russian Technologies State Corporation.

Dmitry Shugayev does not hold Rosneft shares.
