Personnel Evaluation

Since July 2005, the Company has been using a comprehensive personnel evaluation system based on internationally-recognized advanced evaluation methods. Evaluation is performed when recruiting a candidate, when promoting employees, and when selecting employees for enrolment in professional development programs.

Rosneft uses SHL testing in evaluating candidates for positions involving business information analysis. Since March 2006, the Company has been introducing Assessment Center methods based on the approved competency model.
